Committee of the Whole meetings are to seek clarification on issues, to obtain input from the public, or to provide information to the public. The Committee of Whole can make recommendations to the Board for consideration and decision.

Individuals and groups are welcome to make presentations. Requests to appear as a delegate should be made to the office of the Secretary-Treasurer. Presentations should be limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
The Trades Training Advisory Committee is an Advisory Committee to the Board of Education, tasked with reviewing and advising on the opportunities, barriers, and options for trades training for Mission students. Meetings commence promptly at 4:00 pm unless otherwise noted. This meeting will be held at the Riverside College, 33919 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Mission, BC.

The District Parent Advisory Council (DPAC) is a representation of the Parent Advisory Councils (PACs) from across the School District. DPAC is governed by the School Act [RSBC 1996] Chapter 412 Section 8.5 (1) in which DPAC "may advise the Board on any matter relating to education in the School District." The purpose of the Regular/ Public meeting is to conduct the business of the Board. All Regular meetings are open to the public and are held the third Tuesday of each month. The meeting is held in person at the Mission Secondary Cafeteria
