During the COVID-19 pandemic, Committee and Board meetings have been conducted via videoconference.
All meetings are open to the public.
In 2021/2022, the intention is to hold regular in-person meetings at the school sites; however, if situation requires, meetings may go back to videoconference.
Board of Education Meetings
The purpose of the Regular/ Public meeting is to conduct the business of the Board. All Regular meetings are open to the public and are held the third Tuesday of each month.
Meetings commence promptly at 6:30 pm unless otherwise stated.

Committee of the Whole Meetings
Committee of the Whole meetings are to seek clarification on issues, to obtain input from the public, or to provide information to the public. The Committee of Whole can make recommendations to the Board for consideration and decision.
Meetings commence promptly at 3:30 pm unless otherwise noted.
Meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month at the Large Board Room of the School Board Office. Individuals and groups are welcome to make presentations. Requests to appear as a delegate should be made to the office of the Secretary-Treasurer. Presentations should be limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.

Trades & Training Advisory Committee
The Trades Training Advisory Committee is an Advisory Committee to the Board of Education, tasked with reviewing and advising on the opportunities, barriers, and options for trades training for Mission students. Meetings commence promptly at 4:00 pm unless otherwise noted and will be held at the Cafetorium at Heritage Park Middle School located at 33700 Prentis Avenue, Mission BC. All meetings are open the members of the Public.
